Charles Tournemire (Bordeaux, 1870 - November 3, 1939), was a French composer and organist, famous likewise for his improvisations. His output contains, besides numbers of organ works including the period ''Fifty'Orgue Mystique'' of pieces for the entire liturgical season, eight symphonies (one of them chorale), & many chamber works.
